Single Core Oxygen-Free Copper Wire PVC Sheathed Underground Electrical Cable

Structure:

N2XY underground electrical cables are classified into core, conductor insulation layer, filling layer, shielding layer, steel tape armoring, and sheathing layer from the inside out.
Conductor: mainly copper core, aluminum core is less used;
Conductor insulation layer: PVC insulation;
Filling layer: In order to fill the gap between the cores and protect the cores at the same time, the material is mostly soft nylon materials; generally 15KV and above power cables generally have a conductor shielding layer and an insulating shielding layer ；
Steel tape (steel wire) armor: It is a layer of steel protective layer covering the outer core of the core, which can prevent the cable from being squeezed and deformed. The armored N2XY cable is mostly used for underground burying;
Sheath: It is the outermost layer of the N2XY cable, made of polyethylene, which plays a role of insulation and protection.

Product Standards:

This product is produced according to the GB12706 "Rated Voltage 35KV Copper Core, Aluminum Core Plastic Insulated Power Cable" standard, and can also be produced according to the International Electrotechnical Commission's recommended standards IEC, British Standards, German Standards and American Standards according to user needs.

Scope of application:

This product is suitable for fixed installations or industrial installations in distribution networks with rated power frequency voltages of 0.6/1KV and below.
