Introduction:

MV (Medium voltage) power cable, They are suitable for installation mostly in power supply stations, indoors and in cable ducts, outdoors, underground and in water as well as for installation on cable trays for industries, switchboards and power stations., in conditions where cables are not exposed to heavier mechanical stress and tensile strain.With very low factor of dielectric loss, which remains constant over its entire operating lifetime, and owing to excellent insulation property of XLPE-material, firmly longitudinally spliced with conductor screen and insulation screen of semi-conductive material (extruded in one process), the cable has a high operating reliability. Used in transformer stations, electric power plants and industrial plants.

Use characteristics:

1. Rated voltage: 1-35KV

2. The cable laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃

3. The high temperature of the cable during short circuit (long duration no more than 5s), polyvinyl chloride insulation (PVC/A) 160～℃, cross-linked polyethylene insulation (XLPE) 250～℃.

4. High long-term allowable working temperature of cable conductor: PVC insulation 90℃, XLPE insulation 70℃.

5. The bending radius during cable installation: the allowable bending radius during cable installation is 15D, and the allowable bending radius of the cable close to the connection box and the terminal is 12DD-the outer diameter of the cable.
